What's included
Every VirtProxy proxy ships with the same core, whatever type you choose. You get HTTP(S) and SOCKS5 support, username-and-password authentication, and instant provisioning — credentials in your dashboard about seven seconds after payment clears. There's no setup fee and no separate charge for features: country targeting, your dashboard, and direct founder support are included with every proxy. You pay for the proxies themselves and nothing else.
How billing works
Billing is prepaid and simple. You deposit cryptocurrency and it's credited to your account as a USD balance; as you buy and renew proxies, the cost comes out of that balance, so you're not making a fresh crypto payment for every order. Datacenter and ISP proxies are billed per IP for the period you choose, while residential and mobile (coming soon) are billed per gigabyte of traffic. There are no contracts, no monthly minimums, and no auto-renew traps — before a proxy expires we email you a renewal reminder, and nothing is charged unless you choose to renew. Pricing FAQ
Cryptocurrency only — Bitcoin (BTC), USDT, Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Monero (XMR), and other major coins through our payment processor. We don't accept cards or PayPal.
If a proxy fails to provision, we refund it to your VirtProxy balance in USD, not back to crypto. Refunds are for failed provisioning rather than change-of-mind returns; see our Terms for full details.
You simply top up to keep buying or renewing — an empty balance carries no penalty. But if you don't renew a proxy before it expires it will lapse, so keep enough balance to cover the renewals you want to keep.
Six premium ISP locations — Switzerland, Hong Kong, Japan, New Zealand, Singapore, and Thailand — are $4.39/IP per month instead of the $3.38 standard rate, reflecting higher upstream costs in those regions. All other ISP and datacenter locations use the standard flat rate.
