Welcome to VirtProxy. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use VirtProxy.
1. What VirtProxy is
VirtProxy is a proxy reseller service operated from Tbilisi, Georgia. We provide datacenter and ISP proxies sourced from upstream providers (currently IPRoyal). You buy access through our platform; we provision credentials from the upstream network and deliver them to you.
This is a reseller arrangement. Upstream provider terms apply to all proxy usage, in addition to ours.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use VirtProxy. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We don't verify age, but we may close any account if we discover it's held by a minor.
3. Account responsibility
You're responsible for everything that happens on your account. Keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and email [email protected]. We will not be liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials when you didn't notify us promptly.
4. Payment and balance
VirtProxy is crypto-only. We accept USDT, BTC, ETH, LTC, and XMR via NOWPayments. There are no card payments and no banking rails.
When you deposit crypto, we credit your VirtProxy account balance in USD at the network-confirmed conversion rate. You spend that balance on proxies as you go.
Balances don't expire. We don't charge inactivity fees.
5. Refunds
We only issue refunds when something fails on our end — for example, when an upstream provider returns a bad credential, a proxy never works, or our system charges you for a service we couldn't deliver. In those cases, we credit your VirtProxy balance with the affected amount. Refunds go to your VirtProxy balance, not back to your crypto wallet — crypto is one-way once sent.
We don't refund:
- Working proxies you decided not to use
- Charges that match what the system was configured to deliver
- Test runs, change-of-mind cancellations, or "I forgot to cancel"
If you think we made a mistake, email [email protected] with your order ID. We'll look at it.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of VirtProxy must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and with upstream provider policies. The AUP is part of these Terms.
In short: legal use cases are fine. Illegal activity, fraud, abuse, and high-risk categories (child exploitation, malware, fraud, harassment) are not. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, and we cooperate with legitimate law enforcement requests.
7. Service availability
We aim to keep VirtProxy and its upstream connections highly available. That said, this is internet infrastructure — outages, maintenance windows, and upstream provider issues happen. We do our best to resolve issues quickly. We don't offer a numerical uptime guarantee or SLA at this time.
8. No reselling
You may not resell, sublicense, or repackage VirtProxy services to third parties without written permission from us. Personal and business use under one account is fine. Building a competing proxy service on top of ours is not.
9. Termination
You can close your account anytime by emailing [email protected].
We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or our AUP, with or without notice. If we terminate your account for cause, we may forfeit your remaining balance. If you close your account voluntarily and your balance is greater than zero, contact us — we'll do our best to make you whole within our refund policy.
10. Limitation of liability
VirtProxy is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email or a notice on the site. Continued use of VirtProxy after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.
